maybe Nokia have woke up, and fired all of theirs design people. you cant say that N95 is beatiful, (its realy plastic & ugly). so to save them self from losing customers, they made a phone who looks like a mix av some phones (clever ide actually). the thing is that no people will go over to Nokia just beacuse of the stylish design who N82 have. i think they gone lose even more customers if they change their style.

this is the biggest plagiarism of all phones ever.

Nokia ! why dont you create phones like you allways have done. (ugly, plastic, exspensive, but also very advanced smartphones)

Though i disagree with the Threadstarters opinion, he IS entitled to one, and this thread is quite mild by Esato standards IMO.
The 64 thousand dollar question should be why do the majority of SE's recently introduced phones have so little variable visualisation IMO.

@Golden face

The day i start talking proof of anything from a Wikipedia Article which can be altered and added to by any body with no real knowledge will be a sad day indeed IMO. It has actually been said by many that society is in an bad way when so many people take what Wikipedia says as being fact.

@plankgatan

You appear to be missing a part of your final quote on some of these pages where you say

"get a life Nokia !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " as i am pretty sure you meant to actually say

" Get a life get a Nokia" as that makes much more sense.

Marc

While we're talking about copy cats, you might wanna see this:

And they thought they could get away by copying from an unknown brand.

@QVGA

Its plain for every one to see that all you're doing it trying to antagonise people. I've got no problem with the notion that companies learn from each other it happens every day.

@Dogmann

Of course, no-one is right but you - again!

Does it make you sick that SE pioneered the dual-front design and Nokia has adopted it? I bet its eating you up inside. How funny to see two people struggling to cope with the idea that Nokia actually followed someone elses lead. You can't even bring yourself to admit it can you?

Do you think Nokia is a copy cat? And with what Plankidiot said?

@QVGA

Where exactly did Plankgatan call Nokia copycats? I can't seem to find the actual post.

He's not the only one though. I found a few people on the web today who also think the N82 is influenced by SE design. The dual-front look is definitely and SE trait.

You cant find it because he edited it after about 2 hours. It was in the topic, you dont remember? Funny.
And even after the edited title, do you think Nokia committed plagiarism?
About the dual front, AFAIK 99% of the candy bar phones today have dual front.
I dont care if Nokia copies as long as they make kick ass phones, but dont call companies copy cats and that they "maybe Nokia have woke up, and fired all of theirs design people". These comments are just plain ridiculous and non sense and its funny how you let these pass by your eyes and start picking on what I or Dogmann say.

As I see Nokia copied SE, kicked their wannabe Swedish butts and are counting the money. SE on the other hand is lucky to have a following that does not require much nor have the comprehension to appreciate a more technologically advanced phone. I say more 688's for the lot of them. This is about their speed.

@Dogmann,

I got my E90. I am lovin it. The N95 looks sad and lonely now. I may give it to my daughter or just throw it in a draw and keep it as a backup phone. Did you get yours yet?

@Goldenface,

He did say Nokia was copying from SE. He just changed the title of his thread. Such a trolly thing to do.
