i do tend to agree with pop-lover's point? not doubting you have the phone, but your information so far has been what we already know of the t650i? unboxing pictures would make a better impact. don't you have 3G...?

Will show you your Firmware version(will start with an 'R', usually the second line)........
Takes less time than it does to write this! And you can do it anytime you have the phone on you!

You say the phone doesn't support fast forward for videos......
so you try fast forward a video inside the File Manager or from the Video Player?!
Cause fast forward doesn't supported inside the File manager!!
