Which photo are you referring to? The office photo or the kitchen photo?
My
kitchen photo was
not shot with a K850. Look at the EXIF data below the photo.

that blue circle appears only when you open the camera, when you push ON, then it stops...this is a nice effect I think
the battery I guess it is very good...I didn't had it much time, but the person that has it for tests has use it for 2 days and as you can see in one of the pictures the battery is at 30%
