a few tips on how to control anger. 1.when you start to feel angry stop..take a deep breath and relax focus on your breathing. 2.count to 10 and think why your getting angry, is it for a good reason or just something trivial. 3. learn to walk away when something makes you angry. anger solves nothing usually just makes a bad situation worse. learn to meditate it helps alot and can be done anytime / anyplace.
