To be fair, It was snotty as it was in reply to a reply they had sent to me and from what they had written clearly shown they had not even bothered to read my original email!!
They didn't reply to 4 emails I had sent the week previous to that, but when I rang them they were acting on my requests in those emails they just didn't bother to communicate back with me!!

Oh yeah in my last email I've threatened that if they don't respond by dinner time tomorrow I am going to OTELO with the complaint as I have been trying to sort out the issue with them since the 4th of April!!

They don't read responses properly at all ive emailed them things in the past and it basically sounds like there saying sod off half the time,
it's alot better though since there carelines free!
I just want something done though about there data and hell I certainley int happy with my phonebill present

Look at this, Ive been chatting online for mord tha 6 hours, dowloaded 13 audio songs and 8 videos and finally sent 26 emails but stil there was no charge. I wish it could remain like this. Iam on pay as you go.

ive still had nothing of a reply someone did ring me the other nite witheld the number I didn't answer it though are 02 going around witholding numbers now are they
