I found a change in the T9.
In the previous version, i can type "This" and using * key, i can rotate the caps to "THIS", "this", "This"
In this version, when you press *, the cursor will toggle from all caps to small caps. Thus, when i type "This" and press *, nothing will happen except that you'll see the cursor become tall and normal. If you now want to change the capitalization of the whole word, you must accept first the word, then go back (left joystick) to the word then press *.
If this confuses you, just try it

on R2E, i use the * key to change capitalization, while the 0 key is for moving thru the T9 dictionary candidates. hmm ..

Gowin- it should be * and not the 0, typo error on arnold's part. I guess the older version is better when comes to capitalization
