Is it just me or is the K770i taking BETTER shots than the K800i in the pictures in the post above?

You've seen it correctly.
You just have to find the right setting to take pics with K770. And boom.. it's awesome.

It seems my K800i which I bought two months ago is going to be sold, and replaced with K770i very soon. I made a huge mistake when I bought i-mobile 902, now I can't find any phone that is near to it's camera quality. It seems that K770i is near, and it reminds me on the king of 2 MP phones cid36 K750i.
Since my friend has a mobile shop, I'll post some comparative photos of both K800i & K770i later, it's cloudy here, so it will be tough competition.

I compared K800i & K770i today, and these are the results. Later I realized that image size on my K800i was 2 MP, instead of 3 MP. I'll post it anyway.

Dont quote me on this but What Mobile review of K770i said the phone has problems picking up decent signal but it may be early software problems or maybe they used it on T Mobile. Also build quality is not the best.

wow ok..
I'll just say this..
I have a k770i and I'm happy with it.
Camera is alright
Sounds is fine
Buttons are pleasant to use - no mad clicky clicky sounds here.. AND it looks kinda funky - different yet somehow not super flash slidey slidey..
It's not super expensive either.

Very impressive! The sharpness and colors are excellent on the K770! Are you sure the lens on the K800 was clean with no fingerprints? It seems a bit too blurry.
Would love to see some nice high resolution shots attached here taken by the K770! It easily looks like it takes better pictures than even the K850! If anyone has both phones, it would be awesome to do a comparison!

The battery in the K770 is 930ma vs. 900ma in the K800. I don't see why the K770i would drain the battery any faster than the K800, so the battery life should be about the same.
On GSM (2G), I can get 8-10 hours talk time, or 8+ days standby time.
