You can say that Western Union need a photo ID of the receiver so it can reprocess and release the money. Once you get that monkey pic post it here

continue it till the scammer gives up lol, keep sending him to the bank soon the bank will probley get fed up of him, say you made a mistake on the receipt change some numbers and send him a new one.

I was the seller and some random buyer from Nigeria was willing to buy myphone, he sent me a Fake PayPal receipt and everything,
I just blocked him nevr went as far as you though lmao!

Can't you send some money like 1penny, so that WU can tell the scammer their is money ready (without saying how much), but it needs to be released by you once you get the phones? is that possible at WU?
