Ok the cable would repair any software damage of your W800... Using Setool it works like a charm... at least for W800s like yours

and you need SeTool
btw drivers for cruiser can be found on topsony.com if there are no supplied with the cable...
See when the cable arrives if there are not any drivers, I can upload them for you

i ask all my co-workers n none of them heard about the service cable... and all thy use setools is to add language and unlocking the fone for other sims
i guess when i got that cable i'll b like god in the store cuz i can fix most dead SE fones...hahahaha
