I think it is great that Ericsson are showing an interest, This is a first for phone compaines. It might be worth saying in the letter that Ericssion might want to consider having a form on there webite to sumbit bugs / improvements?.

Yes, an interactive page for reporting bugs and adding requests/suggestions would be very helpful.
Some may have noticed that there are already repetitions of the features being requested.

please say somthing for T65
1) remove some of the games to gain sms space
2)Fix the 70chars when writing greek
3)Since greek T9 exists in t68 why not placing it in t65
4)Sim management (not just: copy all to sim/copy all from sim)
5)Remove the 5 pictures to gain space for other 5 or sms
i might find out more later
and one more:
Is it possible to upgrade it so we can use the menus while MP3 is playing?? (they can fix this)
and (last minute thought)
blue button should always popping out a menu asking to select a phone from your contact list
maybe they can also make it have "user selected reaction" when in the standby mode (not in a menu) and not wap (lets say sms, shortcuts etc)
many of these might not be usefull for t68 but some might be of a little help

I also have some suggestions:
1) make it possible to reset automatically counters (data, sms, talk minutes) on a fixed date (ex. my billing date) to make it easier for people to control their bills.
2)Games should be updatable. So one can choose which games he wants and which he or she doesn't. (midway battle vs tetris vs game are finished)
Your idea is really a good one, I hope they will listen and also make some real canges there at SonyEricsson .
