this is exactley what im talking about.. Secret cant get it sharp when the light starts fade away... the details just melts together.

see the difference with c902...shoot in the evening with even less light...the details dosent melt togheter, they stays normal.

Yes, yes plankgatan...excuse me for posting such a disgusting photo...a disgrace to the eyes.

You certainly have a distorted perception of what ORDINARY people refer to as "evening" or "low light"!

Here's one more horrible photo of where I just enjoyed my espresso. No detail and all wrong colors.

Question: Since when did Saab start producing orange cars???

We know that the Secret is purposely engineered to produce softer images but at the same time it produces EXTREMELY LITTLE noise as compared to the C902. If you prefer sharper images it's very to make the Secret images sharp because they are NOISELESS! I bet you like this retouched image more!

Haki, don’t listen him, these are really true colors!

Plank, i don’t understand you, i know that sometimes C902 is a bit sharper (only advantage it has), the details that melt together? Where? You said the same thing about this my pic:

@PERFECT: I prefer softer images myself, particularly if you plan on printing them. I just edited my previous post and demonstrated how simple it is to sharpen a Secret photo because it is SO GOOD to begin with. It is just a matter of preference.

I must admit that most secret pics looks stunning and noise-free

I just feel them a bit "dark" and "cold" or am i wrong? The c902 is many times just the opposite though, a bit to light and pale although better than many previous SE phones

I would love having a secret to play around with a bit. Im just afraid for anything else than Nokia or SE. The thing that scares me the most is that i have heard that it´s really slow when shooting?

Yes, Secret's software renders the photos slightly cold, slightly dark, and slightly soft. Afterwards it very easy to edit them to your preference. If you have a noise-free image it is simple to work on it. I also think that it is as slow/fast as the rest of the 5Mp cameraphones. If used for snapshots, its images are perfectly printable and viewable. And, of course, we must not forget that cameraphone photos are low quality when compared to your average 150 euro digital camera.

At the end, this thread will have become an excellent guide for someone who is torn between the two modern, 5Mp cameraphones with the same price.

being slow when taking pics might not be a disadvantage because the camera retains more details (so there's less noise) and it get's more accurate in different light conditions

Totally agree with you, the pics are so good in most conditions.

This is a 100% crop of the above pic:

With no good light you can read the name of the street.

100% crop C902:

Here, with better light condition, what can you read?

you know what, im so tired to hear about great indoor quality, etc, etc...so i look at Flickr.com. (because i know they quality goes down very much when the light starts to fade with Secret)

here is mostly all indoor pictures taken by Secret on Flickr.com, in different type of light-conditions

http://www.flickr.com/photos/h2-blog/sets/72157605176361808/

all this indoor pics is posted in 900 x 675, (its lucky they wasnt in full size, they had been unvisble otherwise). this is what nearly all pictures look like. (see for yourself)

so maybe we can leave this mather about great indoor-quality.

Are you so tired?

The Secret has bad performance with low light, your phone has bad performance all the times.
The comparisons between Secret and C902 that Haki has posted prove it in all the way.
Sorry
