The probable reason you couldn't exit out of BookManager is your dyn_const. Update it from HERE!

BookManager Elf (A quick guide):

Download HERE...

BookManger is a great elf and should always be run from Daemons folder or via DaemonsAdmin elf. Bookmanager lets you open multiple books and lets you switch between them that you wouldn't normally be able to do. Eg you cant go back to standby without closing the default browser. with BookManager you can.

Start BookManager, then enter Bookman.bcfg in config and configure the startkey. I use longpress of the activity button. Once configured, come out of the bcfg by pressing back until you see "Changes Made" message and select yes (Or just hold the Back key and it will automatically save and exit).

Now press your BookManager key and you will see this....



This shows all the currant books open (only one in this case). Select one to switch to that book. Pressing 'C' will close that book.
The Heap or RAM is the memory the phone has left. I tend to keep a close eye on this as too little 'Heap' has bad effects like missing icons, broken pictures and generally slowing everything down! The more elfs you have running, the less heap you will have and the slower the phone runs because of the higher CPU usage.

Selecting the elfs tab and you will see this...



This shows all the currant elfs running. You notice these ones are greyed out. Thats because they haven't got a GUI to focus on. Pressing 'C' on any of these will stop the elf. Pressing 'More' and you will see 'Shortcuts' and 'Author'. Some elfs can only be activated by a shortcut. eg. DaemonsAdmin. By selecting 'Shortcuts' you then can choose between Long and Short press and then the desired key and then you select the elf for that shortcut.
You can also use shortcuts in the 'Book' page to open applications/games etc in the same way as described above.
Pressing 'Author' is obvious really! and also shows the version of the elf.

To exit Bookmanger, just press the back key, to close BookManager, Hold the Back key.

I have a question about the GFX 1.1 patch.

I know its a bit off topic, but pls answer if know anything.

I've installed the GFX 1.1 patch and put the ini in the phone\\other\\ini\\

and put all replace image along with their hex name code in the folder
that i specify in the ini file.

but it doesn't work.

I mean it doesn't apply the new images.

I do not have any gfx patch witch replaces system graphics except only elf icon.vkp

and if you need more info abt my k800 then just ask.

Installer elf unpacks and installs pkg files and sets up the dirs and files for u in the right locations. Need to have pkg file type set up in ur ext.ini for it to work correctly.

its a automated elf installer package file.

and installer.elf is pkg installer elf.

if you want to install this pkg then you need filereg.elf
or nothing if you using Tartes elf loader.
and the better if you installed the elf from the boysie99's download pack.
it's all ready configured, so you just have to apply the patch and update the lib.bin/patch the lib to phone and install the pkg.

now change the extension to zip and then extract patches according to your phone and main model.

after you extracted the files change extension back to pkg and copy it to the phone then in the phone open it, thats all!

if i want to run AdvancedSoftKeys elf do i have to remove soft key hookv2.0.vkp and advanced shortcut.vkp ?

bcoz i tried to run it before and themeunpacker.elf, softedit.elf runs ok but advsoftkey.elf hangs my phone then restarts it after 10/15 sec.

BTW i have the latest lib.bin and Tartes elf loader heapshift version 1.9.1fix v22
