No, its the bit that says;
"oh, i suppose when he says he means this is the start of the wml file" - or at least, if it could talk, it would say that.

Ah, on the real web, then xml can be used for lots of things, from css (like you said above, this is actually called xsl, not xml) to databases, as it uses the same info tags, you just chage the data, like SQL. thats why its called the eXtensible Markup Language!
