This is such a great thread. I've always suspected that the W995 camera&sensors was unusual for the Walkman series & this list confirms it.

hi brazukka! here you jus mentioned that u have the original camera drivers for sony ericsson yari. do you have them for firmware R7BA084.(does the firmware 'version' matter?) i don't hav much knowledge abt firmware and stuff. and i badly want to experiment with my phone's camera but i need the proper original drivers as a backup before i begin to work on the modding.. si pls if you could post the links to the original files here.... thanx in advance!

may be A2 hardware power not enough to do that practically
