They're losing lawsuits everywhere at the moment.

Hopefully, fingers crossed they might actually take this as a hint that they cant sue everyone for everything and stop going to court and then actually make something more worthwhile for consumers.

Apple says they don’t infringe. But Apple developers testified that they didn’t pay any attention to anyone’s patents when developing their system.
