Lol, doubt if anyone here got that kind of money would complain, if that's how much the board etc... Believe he deserves for running America's most valuable company then so be it.

Anyway, loving my iPad4, got it as a gift from the parents on Xmas. Having owned a Android tablet, I can see why the iPad continues to dominate the tablet space, such great integration with newspapers, magazines, books and other services locally and globally totally trumps what Android tablets get, it's like day and night, I'm actually using it more than I have used my Galaxy Tab10.1 in the time I've owned it.

I'd leave the money to my kids and their kids, as well as donate some of it to finding the cure for HIV/Aids and building more schools across the African continent.....I'd also buy a whole lot of cars and live it up like a rockstar

I still think the iPad is the better tablet also. The OS is much more fluid than it is on Android tablets. But tablets like the Nexus 10 are starting to appear which imo are closing the gap.

As for the money earned by Cook, if it were me i could not personally sit on a personal fortune like that without guilt eating away at my soul for every day its sat in my bank account. I would happily keep around say, $5m or $10m, then accept no more payment. The rest i would redirect into the business, distribute amongst shareholders and all the staff the company employs. What they call profit share. Id also send loads to charity so that for every iPhone sold, a decent whack of money would be used for people suffering around the world.

But then this is Apple. The worlds most valuable company who are nothing but greedy disgusting animals. Every time i walk past an Apple store i feel like spitting in disgust at the staff.

Excessively desirous of acquiring or possessing, especially wishing to possess more than what one needs or deserves

As we all know, Apple makes a ridiculous amount of profit on every device sold, so the definition of greed suits them more than any other company i can think of, with the exception of oil companies like Shell.

It's well known people with lots of money are generally greedy people and never give much to the poor,never pay their taxes or enough taxes for that matter. Google,Amazon,Vodafone,Star Bucks,Bono(U2) avoided Irish taxes. The only one who was really generous was Bill Gates or Bob Geldof people like that. Many,but not all rich people they want more and more and like many MP's they earn big money and many are multi millionaires like David Cameron and Nick Clegg yet they still claim thousands of pounds in expenses. If you or i did that we would be sacked. Sorry i know yes making money is a great thing and having entrepreneurs everywhere can be great for economic growth. But these days all i see is greed and Apple is one company. Rant over
