The "mountain" isn't so high now

It will still be bigger than the 808 overall. The 920 is already bigger.. so adding the HES9 sensor to it won't help. It will also be heavier than the 808 for sure.

The 920 clocks at 99 cc volume
The 808 is at 95.5 cc volume

What that means is.. the 920 takes more room in your hand and in your pocket when compared to the 808.

I don't see how the EOS will be any smaller than the 920.

That just looks awesome, I must say, don't know why, but it just does
Nokia looking to release a real monster here, I just hope it has a HD1080P display and Qualcomm S600 CPU, although throwing a S800 in it would make it one hell of a beast. Imagine, S800 CPU, 2GB RAM, HD1080P display and that Camera, it blow most 2013 flagships out the water.

its real.
Q4 release

Goodness, I hope early Q4.

Meh,who needs battery draining 1080p displays on a 4.5 inch anyway?? Are you really gonna spot the difference?? Most people won't. Nokia anyway will have a killer on it's hands if they get this right with great camera and WP8 plus all the fresh updates coming from Nokia/MS this summer. They just need to steer away from limiting their phones to certain operators

It will be very interesting to see how heavy this thing will be.. they better use some thin plastic..

The 808 with a 4 inch screen and a tiny 1400 mAh battery is at 170 grams. The 920 is even heavier without the HES9 module...

Hopefully below 200 grams.

Well, the 920 was a heavy 185grams but Nokia has made thinner models since with lighter weight like the 720 that I have. Am sure they can find a way to shave some off but I wonder how big the battery will be?? They need to go bigger me thinks than 2,000mAh. My 720 has 2,000mAh as does the 920 but the 920 has HD screen

Yeah, the weight is a major part, the Lumia925 and 928 are lighter than the 920 though, so maybe EOS won't be THAT bad.

It's that camera sensor so large, the optical stabilization, the Xenon flash and large battery will all be a task

Design that disastrous, terrible, horrible!

It would be a tremendous setback because beyond this bizarre rear, the front of the product is just a "revamped" the front of the now "old" 920!

If it were to do "it", the more interesting it would be to use the N8 design or even the actual 808, running WP8!
