I use small, the first thing i did when i got the phone was changing to small. I think its a big mess with larger fonts.

me...depending on the theme. if i use a dark theme, i choose medium but for lighter..small. but i think small is better all in all.

Go to sttings/display/text size and selct the one you want.

BTW I use medium.

I use medium. But i depends on the profile I use.
ex:
At a party, I use A profile where I have large text. Easier to see..
