Hello,
Someone said it's OK with Jabra headset, so I've tried with a headset of another brand. And the problemn is always there with HDW-2 from Nokia. I've tried : HBH-60, HBH-30 and HDW-2 and the sound is always very bad.
But with car kit Parrot bluetooth the sound is good.
I've asked a technical center in Belgium and they don't know when the next soft will be available. But they know the problem!

Has anyone tried it with the new bluespoon digital? There are several reviews of it on the web and in the reviews they seem to be using it with a T610 - I would have assumed they would have made note of the static - they were testing for sound quality.
I have an HBH-60 and it sounds like crap. Works fine with a T39.
Thanks,
Jeff

Anyone got their T610 back from a service centre yet ? and if so..
Is the crackle fixed ?
ALSO - the guy who mentioned the Belgium SE are aware of the problem, can you get them to pass on the word to the UK centres, cos they "claim" to know Jack Sh1t about this fault !

Mondaymorning I will call back to CustomerCare Belgium.
I will ask for the Belgium release date and I'll ask them why the other Customer Care Services aren't aware of that problem?
Keep you informed.

Does anyone's bluetooth connection between HBH-60 and T610 lost during conversion?? Cos very often when I use my HBH-60, the conversion would lost from the headset and it automatically transfer back to the phone......has anyone experienced this ?? My T610 is running on R1A firmware, does R1L firmware improve on this issue??

I have a 03w23 R3C T610 on O2 and a HBH-60 and currently haven't experienced any hiss or crackle. Before I brought the HBH-60 I was made some enquires at the O2 and Vodafone shops and they stated that if your T610 had AAFAF on the rear label it was the latest hardware and the hiss/crackle problem was solved on these models.
Has anyone else got a T610 at R3C? (mine was from O2).

Anyone else got a AAFAF without crackle ? Mine t610 is AAFAF but I dont want the nuisance of having to return a BT headset I have bought on-line.

I've got a phone marked AAFAF and it has bad BT crackle with my HBH-60, makes it pretty much unusable. The phone is a 03W22/R3A.
By the way, for those waiting for the R1L firmware and hoping it will solve the BT crackle, I would suggest you have a look at this thread on another forum. It looks like this guy got the upgrade in the UK and it didn't solve the problem.

I've just spotted that "this guy" is Mark, who started this thread. Sorry for the faux pas!

Hi all,
I've had the R1L firmware applied to my phone and it HASN'T fixed the crackle problem. I still have the crackle but it doesn't seem quite so bad (but it is still bad !).
I tend to use my BT Headset for a number of hours a day (for work) so I won't really know if it has made much of a difference until next week.
Also - be warned - as you may have seen in my other post on this forum. Although I took my Sim Free T610 to CarPhoneWareHouse for the firmware upgrade then cocked-up and used the Vodafone version of the firmware upgrade. So now I have all of the Vodafone Live crap on my Sim Free phone ! So if you go to CPW for the firmware upgrade be very careful you don't get screwed like I have.
Cheers,
Mark
