sure sniper, i should of got it today, i tracked the parcel and its in the local sorting office, but it is saturday, so will be monday now..nearly there!
ill give a quick review of thing of what its like

question, is it the same if I go to a o2 shop to buy this, cuz I dont have a problem with paying with direct debit, but since I have a Visa Electron Card, I cant use it on o2 shop, online to pay for the t610!
so can I go to a o2 shop, signup to an o2 online tariff, and pay for the mobile there and sort out direct debit stuff there, i am with lloyds tsb, so any one know any account with them I can have which will give me a card which I can use online?
from what I read in previous posts, they dont have any in the shop?
and also what documents do I need to take? bills?

also I plan to keep my current o2 online payg number, after my 12 month contract is over, can I go back to payg?

you cant get an online tariff in a the shops sniper. The website is run by O2 direct, they my as well be a different a company to O2 on the high street. you really should get a credit card u can use on the net, its not like it costs anything to do!

Well, I ordered mine on Thursday, and didn't even get an order confirmation til Friday. The 'my account' section of their website says I am still in the 'credit checking' process, which is a bit annoying!
Still, they are within their stated 7-10 day delivery time, so I'm not too concerned just yet.
Looking forward to getting it soon tho!

I just have a question about the O2 online tariffs, if anyone can help...
I've subscribed to Online Offpeak 500, and I'm not sure if I get any MMS included in the bundle. I have conflicting information... On the website it says "500 SMS or 0 MMS", whereas some other tarrifs say "500 SMS or 125 MMS", but if you look at the small print on the Online Offpeak 500 details, it also says "Please note you can use your free messages to send text or media messages if you have selected an MMS handset"
On the letter that came with my new phone, it says "500 Text ONLY", but again in the small print it says "MMS is available to customers with an MMS handset and a tariff that supports MMS"
Before I start sending my sister pictures of my happy visage, can anyone confirm whether this tariff will deduct it from my SMS in the 1:4 ratio suggested by the small print?
