I think it looks great and looks to be a good improvement from the t610 (screen and software).

for those who think it looks girly or too 'feminine', it's the EXACT same color as the hpr-20! so if you have an hpr-20 you may rethink your earlier comments!

Well... I've been reading all this stuff before, and that was about the T610. Everyone said it was a good phone but non liked the the design. I have to say that I didnt like the design on T610 before, and t630 do look strange on pictures.
Both phone looks kinda big on pictures like bricks.

But in reality I am sure that non of them is that bad. In the end T610 was perfekt in a hand, and I am certain that T630 is. And I am also sure that all of you guys and girls out there that dissalike the design, will change your mind when you can see and hold it IRL.

I have to say I was dissapointed that they removed the shortscuts icon, but now when I was playing with my own phone ( a T300 by the way. The phone that SE forgot) i didnt use the shorts cuts at all. Its kinda easy to get where you want without them, so I dont think its such bad if that icon was removed.

Interesting reading the comments about the T630. Certainly things that should have been improved from the T610 - memory is the main one - have not been done, by the looks of things.

An IM client is a fantastic idea - I am trying to get justyak to work on my t610 at present, and despite having followed all the settings it crashes as soon as it gets a connection. Ho hum.

Seeing as the T630 appears just to be a T610 with a few tweaks, i'll be surprised if we cannot get the firmware upgraded - although a new TFT screen would be nice too, but you can't have everything I suppose...

Not totally sold on the design, either (as others have already mentioned). However, I was dissappointed when I first saw the t610, but love it now. It was amusing when I first got mine - I work for o2, and was the first person within the office to get one - as everyone was turning their noses up at it - now everyone has one....!

Time will tell

A device similar to this is showing on the FCC website, but is called T628 with Vodafone branding all over it.

@pzboyz

There is no FCC ID for T628 (Chinese version of T630).
Could you post the URL?

Unless I have eye sight problem, else I think T630 is out.

I just check on SE site for T630 and found out I saw someone holding
a phone with exactly the same design on the BACK!!!

I thought it was Nokia 6220 till now. Well maybe she's just a field tester travelling to Malaysia
