PLS HELP ! When I transfer the 4 mpn files it syays Item not supported ! Cannot be downloaded ! What shall I do ?

I was a good honest boy and paid for it by SMS. Got nothing! Next day, tried again. Nothing! Called SE, they said they would resend it, might take 48 hours. Guess what? So I've paid twice, and no games! But I guess I have the satisfaction of knowing that I helped SE with their games development
