Hey "passerby",
Be careful, though. Next time, you should PM me, I don't check these threads again so soon, and could've missed that post from you.

For me getting an SE phone is just a smart choice.
Thing is, with the same budget you can either get mediocre Nokia or a much more featured

.
Ex:
Where I live you can either get a Nokia 7250i for 399 eur or a

T610 for 339 eur.
Which do you think is the best choice...

Back in time.
The main reason that I started to love Ericsson those old days (SE now) was the fact that the mobile access to the menu was with the arrows up-down and with the yes-no feauture. I mean even a fool could use them very easily.
Example: right arrow: contacts? yes or no? It was so easy, it is still so easy.
Do you understand what am saying?
I love SE and their products so much!
Lets all rise our glasses of wine and make a toast!
To Sony Ericsson and to Esato team!

I think things will change in the mobile market. Maybe they already are changing. SE might be climbing with market share figures.
I am not in love with an electronic device (as some others have stated), but I have to admit that SE phones are the only ones out on the european market, that are able to provide the things I really need in a phone. The new Nokia 6600 is really no good. I would rather buy an SPV (I consider the latest a really good phone) than that!
But, on the other hand, ppl in this forum represent a minority. Not many customers are as much tech aware as you! And dealers are often interested in the maximum benefit with little work. Why should I explain all the features of a SE and the menu to a person who has owned a Nokia all of his lifetime? Let him buy the Nokia, so I can concentrate quickly on the next customer.
Many ppl don't even know that SE exists... I have lost count of the ppl I have managed to amaze with my t610 (imagine if I had a P900). As far as I am concerned I convinced 2 ppl to buy a P900 and three to get a t610. It's just soooo easy to do. But sellers don't give s***t. They only want money and phones that get old as quick as possible so the customer will be back to buy a "new" Nokia a couple of months.
Ppl with SE phones don't have the need to change them every month... Of course, again, we represent the exception to this being (in general) more interested in electronics.
