What if your house/office was near a shop and every time u turn
on, u get a dumb add in your phone ? Wouldn't that be
really annoying ? Think about it ....

LOL! I suppose you could just retaliate and send them a load of messages back. Or ask them to block your phone and stop sending messages to your phone. Because I'm geussing if you ask them to stop sending you messages and they carry on sending them theres some way you could sue them for it, seeing you can sue anyone for pretty much anything these days.

You are correct and i dont live in usa but the world is getting closer and closer to usa. That mean i can probably sue for whatever i want in the future and bluespamming wil probably not come to my local store in the next year´s.
