Jaszay...
That sounds like an expensive (to the tune of almost £60 i hear), and probably slow solution to the problem mate...
There are numerous choices, all potentially cheaper and "better"
1) Get a usb 2.0 pci card for less and £20 (have a look at
www.ebuyer.com, etc.) and then get a usb 2.0 card reader that supports memory stick, (I got mine from ebuyer for around £12)... you can then shove the duo into the accompanying ordinary memory stick adaptor, and copy files to... this won't allow you to sync with internal phone memory though... but it is the quickest way to transfer files to the duo
2) Once again get a usb pci card, and then directly plug the sync station thing into it, you can directly connect your phone to the computer then and update or add stuff to your little hearts content... this is a slower option of transferring files to the duo though, but you can also access the phone... this is also the cheapest option
3) You could also get the usb pci card, and then add either an infrared or bluetooth usb plug in... which oculd provide a wifefree way of pc - phone communication
So there you go, lots of options and all cheaper than the floppy disk adaptor thingy... hope this helps

@Mixin, we're basically trying to control our bandwidth usage. If Peterkay wants them available, he can always post the direct link to the exact files for people to download. We noticed before that when people browse through the folders, they download everything they see in sight without knowing what they are downloading. That eats up a lot of bandwidth, which is why as of now, we have used up 18GB of bandwidth and we haven't even reach middle of the month yet. We only have 20Gb of bandwidth per month and now the host is telling us that when the limit is reached, the site will be shut down until it resets next month. We do all this for free without anyone's support and we can't afford to pay more than what we already have paid out of our own pocket to increase the bandwidth. We can always put things back to the way it is, but by the 2nd week of the month, the site will be shut down and then we can't download anything at all. Guys like n.evil and djyeo are helping out by putting up their own money also to have space so that everyone can download. If anyone else is willing to offer free and reliable space, they are more than welcome.
@ninjaboy and dumbteminal, did you right click and save the links? It seems to work fine for me.
@Peterkay, can you test out your office link to see if it will work. Just right click and save, if it starts to download, cancel it so we don't eat up more badnwidth

Thanks
