The OS doesn't let you handle more than 128MB... but there are rumours that Sony wants to end the lock...

I dont hate P800. I think it was the best smartphone at its time. I used to have it. Of course I sold it for a PPC.

I agree PPC isn't bad for PDA's but you are comparing smartphones and symbian simply rules at smartphones.. Bill can't resists entering that market but with the wrong feet they did.
