Ok people .I just got my first responce from Phillips after my complain that their camera software is not working proberly.
They said.:We are looking to the problem and we reply back to you within two bussiness days:

As i said before they have two choices 1.fix the problem or 2. give me back my money
otherwise i will follow the law because they advertise a faulty product and .... the list goes on.
Also i aggree ... with most of you , they will not see my money again all this people who are doing bussiness like this. and if what you all say about SE that they force phillips into having restrictions on their software then SE will not see my money again even what kind of phone they come up again.I will invastigate even more. But on the other hand why phillips had to listen to SE and not do what they know best?are they in love between them?

i thinks people are just bull shitting se said nothing and phillips are just muppets and cant sort out their soft ware. any way i cant belive the beta version was actually better as a video player than the released one as the released on suffers from some dodgy lip sync problems!

If anyone purchased the software return it now within the 30 day limit as this is merely trial ware at $30. Wait for the Pro version and if it works properly consider buying it.

they will release pro version for P800??? if not why there is in the menu that option? They tricked us buying camcoder with limit to 150k...That sucks! And the good settings for rec are 15 fps and small screen size, but that's to small anyway! I'll wait for my P900 and keep saving money to buy it! The rec on p900 it's much better!

So is there sound when you play videos that you normally would play in the 'pvauthor'player on your p800?
Cuz i have the beta version and playback (no sound) of downloaded music vids fullscreen is sooo much better with camcoder!

Now i'm really pissed of. Those Philips jerks just lost a customer. I wont buy any Philips shit again.
When I installed the trial version it looked alright and decided to go for the PRO/Registered version.
Now i know that the key they gave me doesn't work (I got the same reply: "we figured out why wrong registration keys were provided bla bla bla") neither the PRO version works on P800.
I'll go for money refund and mail Philips with all my anger.

the annoying thing is phillips, legally at least, have done nothing wrong! its all hidden in the wording: "feature available in pro version" rather than the "not available in trial versio" thats found in most programs.
phillips knew there was high demand for this s/w and so used the demand to lure us into buying CRAP software!
Oh dear.....
