it clearly says week 21 instead of week 20 as before...

I just got black and white confirmation on week 21.. Speed of dissemation of the software will depend on local conditions though...

Patients all, It'll come when it comes, no point making a huff & puff about it. SE must know when MMS facilites are going to be launched in most regions & probably just want to finalise software bugs before it goes live. No point in releasing something until they're sure it stable. They don't want customers ringing & cursing them if the phone stuffs up after an update.
