dude, has it occurred to you yet that this thread could have been started the exact same way by the other guy?
not true as I never claimed to have posted anything.

And also has it occurred to you that because you both made a lousy agreement and both decided not to follow up, hardly means anything to anybody?
If that were true why have you posted on here ?

And that 'pressuring' somebody into an explanation that you already have decided to not accept, and sort of blackmailing said explanation out of them with an 'or else I'll throw your name to the masses and discredit you forever' really tells us a lot about YOUR character doesn't it?
It could be interpreted that way but I actually have two reasons which are
1. Not to discredit somebody if there is a genuine misunderstanding.
2. To warn others that they may lose if they attempt to trade with him.

And 'don't flame' after you yourself started this thread? Please. You
want him to get falmed so bad he'll disappear. Else this thread would not exist and the two of you would have resolved the situation in calmness and good spirits.
Its rather hard to discuss something and resolve it in good spirits with a person that has decided to disappear. Its a genuine request not to flame the guy but its clearly up to others what they choose to do.
its interesting that my position seems to have polarised viewpoints into me being either a really bad guy or simply someone who attempted to deal with someone else on esato. If I had been stupid and just sent my case he would not have been caught out as he would have said his was lost in the post.

I think you'd better get this person's name on here fast, so we can direct some serious abuse their way, and no longer have to use you as a gratuitous scapegoat for some light entertainment of an afternoon.

there will be "NO SERIOUS ABUSE" going to other members lest you want to get yourself banned, thanks
The only outcome from this may be that you choose not to deal with one (or both) of these persons

@dvdgremlin
If you do genuinely want to resolve this matter then why the procrastination? Why announce that you will name this chap on a certain date as if it is some sort of major event? At the risk of sounding rude I really do think that you should either name the chap if you feel that strongly about it and let him defend himself if he chooses to or don't name him.
