The server is slow because someone (the same IP address every time) has been downloading EVERY FILE OFF THE SERVER over and over again since about midnight.
I have had to restart the server twice already today.
If I cannot stop him I am afraid the server will HAVE to go on to "registered users only" mode

Actually, I'll have to do it tomorrow, because it hasn't worked and for some reason, leaving it for a while usually makes it work!
