... because there aren't that much people that you can talk to for more than 5 minutes about a mobile phone, certainly not in detail about different SE phones. Here on Esato you can freely enjoy that interest without being regarded as a weirdo. It makes the information gathering part of making an informed choice about what to do with your phone-budget the most fun part.
On the other hand I would like a tad bit more distance from the technology-push, more critical reviews that go beyond wanting as much features as possible.
SE is a brand with a very special consumer profile in which I fit, wether I like it or not. That there isn't an Esato-like site for Motorola or Nokia or any other brand says it all.

I think DeLa does raise a very interesting point in suggesting that we have more critical reviews. There is a tendency to 'attack' anyone who says anything against SE, but perhaps what we need is a more critical perspective. Of course one shouldn't be critical just for the sake of being critical, rather one should offer constructive criticism. As it stands, most people just declare their love for SE and state how well SE does everything; any criticism that does come is often muted.
