Well, New Zealand must be the most sensible country I've really seen... Johnny Howard as Dubbya's best buddy, Blair as more than just a buddy... Well, I'm sure if you behave urselves NZ will let you in.

Not likely Nick, we just discovered oil off our coast, NZ is expecting an Axis fo Evil invite anytime now.

@Gigs

Well New Zealand is full of WMD. I think we should invade right away whilst our military is still over stretched.

Out of the 3 stooges, Howard, Bush and Blair. It'll be interesting to see if Blair does make it back in.

So far both have made it back in, with elections looming for Blair. (How long until the next elections in the UK anyhow?)

@Gigs

There have been rumours of an early election in February, but more liekly it will be May. Blair will probably win, the Tories are just too weak to pick up many Labour seats. The Liberals and the smaller parties should do well, but it remains to be seen whethe ror not they can gain enough seats from labour to either result in a hung parliament or actually defeat Labour, the latter being very doubtful indeed. Mind you, the papers have been full of speculation today that Bush's victory is a catastrophe for Blair, the level of anger at Bush is second only to Blair.

Scots: oh how the egg turns!

Surely suicide bomber sheep can't be counted as WMD.

Sounds similar to what happened here at the last election. Alot of the smaller parties picked up members while the opposition lost alot of ground.

Blair will probably pull through though; he's not called 'Teflon Tony' for nothing.

What would have happened if Europeans had gone to America to protest? Bush has no reason to listen to us, we cannot vote in U.S. elections therefore he has no impetus to listen to our views. I was not implying that you should have protested Bush, rather that I saw nobody from outside the U.S. campaigning for either candidate. In fact I have never seen a non-U.S. organization take out a political ad druing a U.S. campaign. I agree that many people may not be educated on world opinions of the U.S. and a foreign interest campaigning for a candidate would help to change that.

I have never implied that I am ashamed of my country and I hope most Americans wouldn't be. I would prefer that Kerry were president, but I can't change history. I voted in a state that went to Kerry, so I did my part.
