there are many reasons. here are mine (didn't read the hole thread)
bad service
moves like 6310-6310i 7250-7250i
they ask(ed) alot of money for what they give
exploding batteries and they make up some stupid story
acting like they make the best phones in the world
making the same phone over and over again, and making people believe that its a new one and that they are very good
and much more
