does anybody know what happens to the voice navigation commands when you are using it as a phone?

Can you imagine that call to an important client and "turn left at the end of the road" kicks in all over your call

You won't hear the signs... calling comes 1st on a phone (yes it actually does! ) so also in this.

cheers Nils - do you know if the launch date for r66 on expansys is accurate (next 10 days)? as I am very tempted to place an order (or would you wait for the tom tom version?)

if you have a 910? it may be better to get the europe version of route 66 if you travel the continent?. it comes on a 256 meg card and has a lot of europe on there too obviously. my only concern is that the britain part of the europe version may not be as detailed as the britain only version??? i say this because having 10 countries in double the memory of 1 seems unlikely, unless its 9 lichtenstein's LOL.

Probably you will get a cd('s) with more maps and a card reader!
256MB is to small for europe I know for sure!

Nils,

Can you tell me when the release date is for the tomtom software for the p910i please?

Really need to know as i need sat nav very shortly and will have to buy the route 66 if tomtom is ging to be a while. I would MUCH prefer tomtom though.

Also , i have used the tomtom go f roa while and as you are going along the road , the arrow goes very smooth on the tomtom. Will it be that smooth and precise on the p910i?

Matt

They said to me June 2005... later than the other Mobile5 packages.

We will give a presentation on the 14th of may.
And we will have all 3: Wayfinder, Route66 and TomTom for UIQ. And put them against each other in a realtime presentation.

[edit]
I found some lost pics on my pc (they are in english this time).

Crowded for the P910i
