What GSM is our coverage in Seattle? EGSM 900, GSM 1800, GSM 1900... (ATT, T-Mobile, Cingular). What euro dual band phones will work here?

Do people still buy dual band phones? Most phones nowadays are tri-band (900/1800/1900 or 850/1800/1900).
