i can´t connect to the davinci server.

Ok to solve this, say STEP BY STEP what you do

not like this:
-I download client
-I unzip client

but like this:

-I download www.davinciteam.com/client.zip
-I save it in folder c:/
etc

You even asking questions about our emailadres, but its WRONG! info[at]davinciteam.com is correct!


So please, too solve this matter make STEP BY STEP what you do, dont leave out small steps you make, just post anything!


Client is in last 9 months used by minumal 10.000 DIFFERENT people. Ofcource not always with success, but in general it will work, for sure it will open!

Ok sorry..

- I've download the davinci client on the davinci site.
- I've extract in a folder c:/client/client1323.exe.
- When i double click on the client.exe, i have the error
"Client1323.exe have a problem and i close.....".

- I click on "don't send" and i have
"Exeception EAccessViolation in module client1323.exe at 00000000
Access violation at adress 00000000. Read of address 00000000".
- a folder Flashes has been created on c:/client/Flashes.
- I send a email at info@davinciteam.com

I repost because i don't found my probleme...I've download the latest client 13.51.And i have the same error.

But i'll try with the logger for K750&D750 (13.61),and i arrive to lunch this client???

I really don't understand....
