I did a upgrade a couple of months ago to R5BO1, witch some days later was withdrawn from SEs website. I had no problem doing the upgrade at that time but the phone hangs up sometimes with some programes, Unrealplayer and games etc.

The problem is that I can`t upgrade the phone to the new one?
SEs website just dies after a while and the persons at SEs helpdesk sounds like Homer and says I have to bring it to a servicecenter.
I don`t have time to be without the phone for several days, itīs summer and they canīt do it while I wait.

Anyone have a idea?

Thanks for the tips gentlemen.

I'll give it try. Somehow I feel it's the website that's causing the problems.

In any case, do you (collectively speaking) think I should update from my 3A04 to 5A02. The phone is amazingly stable and am worried that I might just spoil that. Am I missing out on anything by not doing the upgrade?

Cheers!

One peace of advice:

If it works, DON'T fix it.

For me the best was the R4A10.
Zero bugs found. Never crashed once.

Just to say that I've installed R5A02 and until now didn't found a single difference.
But I'm glad I didn't. The previous firmware was rock solid.

I dont know wheither it is the problem with the memory stick or not.
I notice that when ever i start the phone and open flip after entering password for device lock/sim lock , i get a black screen =_=' .
But after i take off the memory stick and start the phone again it work normal =.=' . (insert the memory stick after the phone start also solve this problem, the point is the new firmware consume more memory than previous R4A10 ? )
