Another issue I found is the fact that TomTom Navigator 6 crashes if you activate the traffic information and have them updated automatically during your route. Then, after a few seconds of the route (regardless of whether you actually drive it with GPS or only do a preview), TomTom completely crashes with a UIQ warning on the screen. If you turn off automatic updates of traffic information, then it works.

TomTom for UIQ3 - please note that even with the latest version of TomTom the SD Card version for Europe does not include UIQ3 apps, so stick to the DVD version for now

ive just bought my P990 and i had tomtom for my P910 but tried to use same software on p990 n couldnt get it to work. could some guide me though what software to dwnload. just want tomtom software n UK maps n thats it really.

I have managed to get as far as installing Tom Tom on my w950i (which for a person of my understanding is an achievement)
The one problem I am having is getting the keygen to work as this is a little bit outside of my skill level.
Can anyone help me further with this? i.e getting Tom Tom to actually work now its installed, I would be very very grateful...
I have gotten as far as the phone telling me my device code, I have read the read me file that comes with the Tom Tom install but as yet haven't had any joy unfortunately.
Thanks in advance for any advice...
