Just look at the charger adapter. It got 2 contact modules in it and it's the same size as the regular fast port adapter...
On the K800 it's not a problem, but on the W880 it's a pain in the ass to use the HPM-82 handsfree because the phone gets so much wider.
Edit: They could at least slim it down a bit.

normally they have about 10 phones in the list, they are normally close to their market introduction
but the list goes something like
