@Pekos22: What firmware do you have currently installed?, also, could you please tell me the week of manufacturing of your device?, it's located in the back panel, where the battery goes, it says something like 08W12, where 08 is the year and 12 its the week.

Thanks!

@skinnycl: Ahh, I'm eager to test this but to my disappointment I noticed that I forgot my precious phone at home today. Have to wait until tonight to check out all possible settings
Have you (or anybody else) succeeded with nav4all yourself btw?

Thanks!

Mine used to be buggy but so far i hav had 2 firmware updates of seub. But this is only because i am on 02, and my phone is 02 branded. The second update has changed the meu when you use "singleicon"before it would show a line of squares on the right hand side each square has been replaced with an icon from the main menu, which has made "single icon" on the main menu a lot easier to use. A suprising update which has also been added is that "rollor coster rush 3" which is pre-loaded has also been updated, the rolle coaster desgn has changed alot, and the font has changed, also when you play the game the background scenary spins around, which now makes the game a lot slower, but makes the game a lot mor visully appealing.

Not sure which FW you are talking about - in the service mode there is a bunch of SW info - but not sure which one.
R3CA038
SEMCBOOT R6A016
Java jp 8.3.1
ITP 1202-4619 r12d185

@GPS issues

GPS with nav4all (free & great) works. In nav4all it is possible to set it to use internal API's but one have to abort the search for BT-devices that the program always does while not reconfigured in the option menus...

Superthanks to skinnycl, for making me try some extra settings!

I will try the amazegps as well when I have time to see which one I prefer.
Cheers everybody!

@goff: you're welcome, we're here to help each other

@the rest still having issues:

even though there's still no new firmware for my carrier's branding (entel pcs from chile), i reinstalled R3BA035 and the walkman issues are gone so far (i've listened to 20 something songs and still no unwanted pauses) and the alarm now seems to be more reliable (I cannot confirm all of this 100% because I reinstalled just last night).

be careful though, the process deletes everything that didn't originally come with the phone (contacts, sms, emails, ringtones, themes, user applications/games, etc.) and resets all the settings, so backup and try to remember the settings.

hope this helps

edit: PS: "close to end call" now works when activated
