so complaining about the screen, is worse than all of the posts complaining about him complaining? way to have some perspective guys, i can guarantee that there are more posts asking him to quit than there are of him explaining his frustration. so having 6 ppl say that they dont want to hear it anymore is no nice different. its all annoying, at least hes providing links and information rather than merely using personal preference/past experience to justify telling him hes wrong.

what hes doing is more productive to the thread than just tellin him to back off.

@se_love with your new responsibilities i would think you would be more level headed towards the situation.
@seal its the same video bruh i posted the other day, that you linked below my post that someone uploaded to youtube, that youve linked again, its not faster. ps: the phone isnt slow, android isnt slow, UX is slow.

has SE made any news about which browser they will be using in the X10, i know that the old (android 1.6) webkit doesnt support HTML5 and that the new one included with 2.0 does, with websites like wave.google.com and other sites popping up (we've seen wave on the N900 as well as bittorrent) will we be able to take advantage of these services with the X10 eventually (or port the OS ourselves). I know that android is capable now at least, id just like to know if SE had plans to support in the first quarter after launch. but developing on 1.6 got them in the quandry now do you think that SE may wait on Flan (2.1) before they upgrade UX, as a means to allow for development time, or do they have to wait for the SDK (i think moto had a deal with google, ie google dictated what kind of phone they wanted and moto agreed b.c of their situation financially) so because of that relationship they had access to the SDK before it was released which is part of the reason we have 1.6 on the X10. thats not SE's fault so much as google's preference at the time.

For the thousandth time, learn the difference between Google experience devices and custom Android ROMS.
Why do you think the motoDEXT is still running Android 1.6, even though Motorola has "Full access" to Android 2.0?

Logic: Use it, once in a while.

look here dont disparage me. the tone youve taken is one of condescension, i dont appreciate it. say what you have to say without being rude. the part of my post you quoted is basically what you were trying to correct. so it should have been obvious i understand the difference, but i dont know why that would discount the browser when the browser IS part of android, and not a google application like maps/gtalk/gmail etc ... so, the delineation youve made is inaccurate. even still, does that mean the X10 will NEVER see the new browser, was that the point of your post? I just want to know if, like the keyboard you could supplant the current browser, would it still work, does it use new APIs that wouldtn allow it to work in 1.6?

seriously sealover, i think i speak for most, if not all, those following this thread.

1. Sealover has a perfect right to post his opinion here, the same as you.
2. You have absolutely NO right to speak for anyone else here.

I say he speaks in my name when saying that.

Sealover, are you doing this on purpose now? Whats the point?

EDIT: Would it be too personal to ask you how old are you?
