& Nokia's do it indoors before it's like wavy lines you get down a tv screen except not so bad as that. Would not affect quality anyway though yes it could have been lighting that made it happen

The camera flicker is normal, it happens with my phone too, caused by bad lighting and EV that is too low, can be solved by increasing the EV.
