That was one pointless video. I had a go at another s3, this one's screen was better. I think the first one I tried had faulty screen. I really like the battery performance of this phone.

LG's first Quad core is now out and also looks promising. I quite like it and has a sharper screen than GS3

Ditto. The fact Apple have gone ahead with getting a product banned which has been on the market what.. ? 8 months or so ? so its life span is pretty much well and truly past its half way point its pathetic.
If they did this last November, then maybe it would probably be worthwhile doing.
It'll more than likely get overturned anyway, and since the S3 is about to hit the US im sure Samsung or Google wont be too annoyed.
@ Bonovox - correct me if im wrong, but isnt the screen the same resolution ? therefore the only thing that would count would be the size of the individual pixels. If this LG has 6 more pixels per inch, do you think you can spot those 6 extra with your human eye ? i dont think i could.

No. I noticed the difference in sharpness between Tue GS3 & One X for instance.

(& also to Etaab).
Court Injunctions take months to go through preliminary proceedings before being fully heard by a judge at any real-level of magnitude (Supreme Court).
That said ... and I know this will fall on deaf ears of Android fans/users alike (I'm still trying to wrap my head around Android - I had no problem with S60/UIQ though so I'm more confused as to why I cannot just "GET" Android).
Take a few minutes to look at Apple's WWDC of 2007 for iPhone launch, the original, heck if its too boring skip near the VERY end of Job's initial speech about what it can do. I'll make it simple for you (as to WHY Apple is pushing for this patent war).
1.
" We have over 200 patents in iPhone, and BOY do we intend to protect them!"
^ Jobs clearly stated this as an open warning to the industry. Its their patents and just as if Motorola, Nokia, or Sony has theirs EVERY corporation has THE RIGHT to protect them! Apple, Motorola, Samsung, HTC as NOT like NTP or other patent trolls .... WAITING for massive profits or market share to occur before going after those that encroach upon their patents. We all know this patent war has been several years in the making!
2.
Is it no coincidence that a high ranking Google official being on the board of Apple for nearly 2yrs before launch of iPhone? The same 2yrs it was in development ... partnership with Google for Search & Maps (along with Yahoo for IMAP Mail, at least initially).
I don't see how ANYONE can HATE a company for protecting what it spends millions of dollars, and multiple time for research & development (along with making a product that rely's on those patents, or waiting until the time is right - the tech in production and market/users minds - to release it).
I'll COMPLETELY agree its VERY annoying to see company's go up against each other in Patents instead of increasing the design, technology and lowering the prices of products to appeal to users for REVENUE. Leaves a sour taste in my mind .. but I'll agree they need to.

Apple seems to have made an unnecessary war of the whole fight. There is a great piece in the daily mail today called Apples absurdity exposed at last. Look it up and have a read. Apple is saying belts bomb them then see if we could have had peace first.
The hating comes from this perceived behaviour by Apple.

Well I have never heard such crap in my life when it comes to Apple. Things like the shape of the phone or slide to unlock. Other manufacturers had a slide to unlock feature ages ago. Sorry I just think most of what they do is wrong. They just don't like competition
