I think they would use it in h2 devices if not then next year also
But I don't think such technology exists in smartphone world

No. Triluminous is not like X Reality. Triluminous is not a display type but a modified display panel with Quantum Dots and Triluminous ( RGB ) backlighting instead of WLED (White) backlighting. So a triluminous panel will be a custom "Made for Sony only" panel.
