iv just tried 2 update mine and it says no new update mines still on R1AA008 my k750i is a 02 uk

can sum1 plz tel me wen i wil b able 2 get the new firmware !!!

hi,
just tested the cam with the new fm.

i'm not sure but i think the delay while taking a pic is much shorter.
i move the phone when i hear the sound and the pic is still ok.

currenyly the only people that are able to update are th generic k750i.

The networks will have to approve the firmware before it will be ava.

Can any one say if the Hissing sound when making calls has gone ?

The annoying hissing while speaking on the phone is gone in R1BC002

Also, when taking a picture you can move the camera right after taking the picture without getting a picture of what happens two seconds afterwards

Good firmware indeed!

I have removed the camera sound from my phone with Davinci. If I upgrade will the camera sound come back? I sure hope not!

To those who have updated to R1BC002:

Is the hissing sound when playing low level mp3's gone in the new fw? I've read that the hissing is gone when making calls.

Hello all,

First of all thanks to all of you to share such an interesting information with all SE users!! I own a W800i and I know I have to wait until last fw version arrives... Meanwhile, could new R1BC firmware users check the battery life too?
