Updated 2 K750i to R1BC002.
prgCXC125954_CHINA_C
L R1BC002
.......
APAC_1
1. No more hissing sound when making call. Good fix
2. Screen has richer colour.
3. No significant increase in sound volume..
4. New firmware detects MXE-60. Flash fires without problem.
5. Joystick more responsive.
It is definitely an improvement from the previous firmware.
Well done... Sony Ericsson

What a funny problem
I have The latest SEUS II (2.6.3.3) nad it all goes ok untill u have to press the start button.
I press the button BUT nothing happens.
but when i press the exit button, it will exit the application!!!!
Any idea anyone?
I had the same problem as you so i uninstalled the program and reinstalled it... but now it won't let me even start the program at all and comes up with an "unexpected error" message.

I use Windows XP and have a same problem and solution for me is :
Save Mode with network , reinstall the SEUS and update in save mode ....all work fine !

[b]to those who updated thier K750i to R1BC002[b]
kindly try this.....
1. play any mp3 from ya media player.
2. minimized ya media player.
3. go to CALL LIST options now.
4. push up/down the joystick and hold it... the highlight will start jumping.
5. kindly observe ya media player will pause playing mp3 and it will resume once u release ya push up/down from the joystick.
Yes, this is happening to me when scrolling the Call List.

i have checked with R1AA008 firmware that the push up/down of joystick on the above condition will not pause the playing of mp3 in thier media player minimized in taskbar...
On good ol' R1N035 it pauses the mp3 player if you hold down up/down in the Call List, and if it does on R1BC002 I find it odd that it doesn't happen on R1AA008.

I had the same prob the 1st time I ever tried an update on my K750i. I was using WindowsXP, I was able to get past it by starting from scratch!
First uninstall everything from your PC, SE Update Service, Drivers etc, then re-install (I know it's a pain but its the only thing that worked for me) then re start the whole process of removing your battery, SIM card and begin the update process again, but (and this is the important bit) use a different USB port! It should work, if not let me knw!
