In my perception, in morning duty, everything runs automatically and you just have to be in the stream. Yeah, lot of pressure is coming from seniors in this shift only. In noon shift, you have to push things hard to get going. And in night shift, you are the king.

Been to Henley In Arden in the West Midlands today. It's a small village which is famous for it's ice cream & cosy pubs. We enjoyed nice ice cream
