Oky, thanks.
Well i'll have a go at it then. When i re-flashed my phone at Da Vinci it resolved my "operation falied" issue with the java applications(in that particular case the phone probably just needed a proper complete flash) but i doubt it will resolve this reboot issue.
I will do this and report back and tell if i get any more re-f***ing-boot's in the comming days:)

I just debranded my Telstra K850 using KulanKendi client. The reason being is that it only cost 8 euro and you could flash 3 times within 24hrs (in case u make a mistake).
So at first I loaded a generic western europe R1DA038 and it worked fantastic. Then I read that the new R1EA031 firmware is out and so I thought I'd use SEUS to update it. Well this didn't work as SEUS said that my phone already had the latest version on it.
I then read on another forum that SEUS will update it only if it is R1DA037 - so using my second flash credit I downgraded to a generic western europe R1DA037. I then re-tried to use SEUS and it worked but then WTF!!!, IT SAYS TELSTRA R1DA038 is the next available update?!?!?! How the hell did it decide that the GENERIC western europe firmware should be replaced with the poxy TELSTRA firmware again?? I just paid 8euro to DE-brand it! I'm certainly not going to let it be RE-branded from SEUS.
So I used my last remaining credit to re-flash back to the generic western europe R1DA038 and have left it at that for the moment.
My conclusion - There is something in the hardware that allows SEUS to detect that it is a Telstra phone and will always try to restore the Telstra firmware.
Anyone else had this problem? Any other Telstra K850's able to update to R1EA031?

After debranding, you should also change your CDA (this costs also 1 of 3 credits - and Davinci makes it automatically). CDA is a 8 digit signature that tells SEUS which firmware (country and operator) to download. So if you changed your FW and kept the old CDA SEUS is still thinking that phone is branded.

Fullforce, really bad to see that you and other users still get firmware problems, like someone sad really strange this issues, some dosen t have any problem at all like me, and others have these re boot problems,

I have flashed my firmware once in davinci, I have a green K850i, but iīm have flashed with the blue firmware, and i can tell you that is no diference at all, all pictures, themes everything is the same... i dont know how can they differ wich is wich, you can see know that Davinci isnīt putting all colors in these firmwares becouse they are all the same trust me.

Thanks for your input!
I have just now flashed the -31 firmware again to get a more toatal flash, at Da Vinci (they only had the green one but as you say they don't differ) . So now i'll be testing the phone and see if my issues have dissapeared. I'm mostly curious to see if the phone will stop rebooting.

Well i re-flashed my phone at Da Vinci a couple hours ago to try to get rid of the random reboot isse. And guess what- i have just had my first random reboot!! Damn that was truly a waist of 10 euro's! So i now a draw the conclusion that the random reboot issue is really in the firmware and not due to some bad flashing. Oh crap...

The fact that a ton of other users are experiencing the same thing should have told you that.

@mark187

Well thank you!
But i have not got the impression that almost every one of those who had that problem, had also done a total flash on Da Vinci. Quite a few people, and myself included, had the "operation failed" issue. And i didn't got rid of it with the latest firmware update until i rolled back my firmware at Da vinci and then( now without the operation failed issue) i flashed the new fimware again with SEUS. So i wanted to try that again but this time i got a lesser result. I don't recall reading any posts saying that this has allready been done. And if there is such posts at all they must be wery few indeed and in this large and very active thread it's easy to miss a ceartain post! So don't blame a guy for trying to fix he's issues and then gets a bit dissapointed!
