if i go onto the o2 website it says everything is ok and complete, just changed now... i can even view my new phone number, which is crap... lol.. and i'll never remember it

After the farce of an email i had this morning from o2 saying the phone was still in testing i rang up and demanded to speak to a manager to complain...told him my story about pre-ordering on the 20th and getting lied to this week by his staff he apoligised and said he would sort it out himself...2 hours later i get the email confirming that its on its way and can now get into online tracking and see my new phone number...result! I told him that i'd also ordered with'3' and whatever handset comes first i would go with......he offered me some compensation if i chose O2!.......so thats the way to go..demand to speak to a manager if you've pre-ordered and been messed about!

I'm very impressed with this phone so far, camera and screen are brilliant and the key pad is a nice size, but the only problem is the lense cover its a bit loose and moves alot in your pocket

rang up to get one on a o2 staff tariff....they had sold all there ones within 2hours....ive gotta phone back monday to see if they can give me a date of there next batch...i dont like waiting lol
