@evaleon, give it a LOT of time. I keep about 5GB of songs... after the upgrade, I thought I lost all my files... it just takes a LONG time to re-index the files. Try restarting as well then just leave it. Same goes for the photos in the Album app.
@Bronxdude, not the MW600 issue, I have one too... same drain in use and not in use.

quite similar to what happened to my xperia go when I updated to jellybean, the only difference in mine is that happened on the album app, if you don't have any other important apps and you can reinstall all of them easily then do a factory reset, that's what I did with my go and after reboot it loaded almost instantly all my old files, plus it ran smoother too.

Then what are you waiting for.
You can always try it and see if it cleanses any leftovers from ICS, which may cause excessive battery drainage. If you use WiFi perhaps you should turn on location based WiFi as well. Otherwise, you are simply a way too heavy user for this kind of battery. And that's nothing any software update can do anything about. Personally, I could get anything between 2 and 5 days on ICS with my kind of usage. Will see how it goes with JB.

Highly doubt that since it uses extremely little power (that's why it can reach beyond 10 m). I use MW600 as well and could get up to 3 days on a single charge as you can see in my post here.

@Arne Anka, will try the reset this weekend when work calms down.
@bronxdude I get 7-8 hours. Hahahahaha! I'm an extremely heavy internet user. Chat and IMs are pretty much non-stop throughout the day. I rarely make regular calls and SMS now. Mostly Viber and Google Video chat (I do at least 30 min video chats everyday) and my phone is pretty much the center of my car entertainment and navigation. (Walkman & Waze are always on in the car... my 1A car charger isn't enough, upgrading to a 2.1A charger soon)

Don't know since I don't listen to music (I'm using it just for talk). However, I had some issues too with BT on ICS where it would silently disconnect while the icon in the status bar showed it was connected (restarting BT on the phone would then hang the initialization process).
